Glad there's a topic on this overall honestly.
I think they should spruce up rain effects in general, I like the way seasons is and the current rain doesn't literally bother me but they need to make some occasions with rain bringing in more effects typically, the current rain has looked good in autumn but I'm not like it as much in spring.
I feel as though we need more colour work done with rain, that and frankly I'd most appreciate roof damage being a thing and leaks.
(Also Umbrella's seem very buggy at the moment.)
That and I really don't think its a choice, bring back hail.
I see much more reason as to why snow depth would be a problem but the lack of hail is a joke I think sadly.
I really was disappointed to not see hail.
