Did you know that it happens with people of any trait.
A glooming sim will become happy with another gloomy sim, it helps them to know he is not alone. Evil Sims get good vibs from being around other evil sims or in a negative environment. Good Sims get a good moodlet whenever everyone in the environment is in a good mood and also around good sims.
