So I'm playing the Super Sim Challenge and I decided to hire a nanny so my Sim could work on her goals and skills. This is the worst Nanny ever! I mean, she's nice and all, but she wont do anything but make Mac & Cheese, Watch TV and try to chat with my Sim all day. She won't even clean anything. She keeps waking my exhausted Sim Toddler up when she's exhausted. She takes her out of the highchair right after my Sim puts her in it to feed her. She wont bathe her at all and basically will not do anything with the child at all. She never leaves, even after being dismissed and subsequently fired. I'm about to build a wall around her or send her to the basement crypt and remove or lock the door. >:) What are your annoying Sim experiences?

Travel with her to another lot and then leave her there. Works 100% :D

They get glued to the lot. Hiring a new one will just make two Nannies show up that one and a new one. Same with butler, it's a bug when they won't leave and return the next day, too...if you fire them. You should report it as a bug. It is a bug. You can leave the lot and come back and she won't still be there if you fired her. But if you try to hire a different one, two usually show up (so do butlers).

I had this, it was very very annoying. Especially because the nanny was a very creepy looking man who kept calling my sims child and asking them out for singles night...I think I used MCCC to delete them because nothing else I did would work, lol.

What about just deleting her via the household management? She should appear there as a homeless townie, and should be living alone. That is if you don't have MCCC mod.

I've fired her and she just stayed on the lot. I've even exited the game and when I turned it back on, she's still there. I'm going to try what DoloresGrey suggested. Sounds like that should work. I am going to report it too.
