I recently got so fed up with the bugs and glitches, I'm giving up on the Sims 4 for the time being. I agree with you, it is just too frustrating to play.
After playing for 30 hours over the past 2 weeks, I have a long list of bugs.
-sims' food getting stuck in the oven because my sim gets distracted while cooking, and then they can't remove it.
-sims with no evil or mean trait being unkind to each other
-sims napping on couches rather than sleeping on beds
-sims not using the sink in the bathroom they are using
-sims cannot cut wedding cake.
-Garden plants devolving to dirt piles, still in 2022 :(
-High school Grading System is broken
-Horrible random frame-rate drops and lagging
-Loyal trait is broken
-Toddler interactions not working
-Occasional freezing and crashing
I have a decent gaming computer, and I'm pretty diligent about updating my mods, so it shouldn't be this terrible. I feel like I'm constantly searching for bug fixes for this game on google.
This December update better fix a lot of bugs. The game is in an abysmal state, and I'm struggling to enjoy the game whilst also dealing with all of the bugs.
