Oh I saw you found it lol 35. Most people use that. Anything 50 and over might be too slow.
You can test out 35 and see how you like it. 45 if you want it a bit slower.

I have been using this for years. My sims have so much more time to get things done, go to class, have fun and stare off into the air. Lol
I might try that myself -- I've always been a bit nervous about messing with the time settings (I think there was an NRaas mod in Sims 3 that had similar effects) but sounds like a good deal. I've used MCCC to slow down need decay a small amount just so Sims have time to do things other than eat/sleep/pee. :|
