Have her join a club, or create a club of sims that she would be a perfect fit.
Assign that club a community lot hangout that you think she would enjoy. Invite the club to her house by having a gathering. Get to know everyone in the club. Hand out keys to members she likes the best. They will drop by now and then and make the home lot feel less lonely. Maybe they will even clean up around the house.
