Ok, I have a ton of great CC traits. I would never be able to do the friend of the world without them. Also, add in Observant and the Incredibly Friendly one from the rewards store before doing this challenge. Have your fame perks up to 20 so you can buy all fame rewards. You don't need the copycat fashion one and the one above it. Have a high celebrity level on your sim Make sure your reputation is Pristine. This helps with you making friends quickly just by introducing yourself. Make sure you can have more than 2 traits for your teen or 3 for young adult or older. Next set MCCC to -100 so that you get no fame, romantic and friendship decay.
Ok Now for the traits you are going to need. Keep in mind most of these traits are custom traits and I don't recall where it is I got them from.

Aphrodite even though it makes other sims flirty around you it also helps with making friends pretty fast.

God/Goddess trait

You can use the Dionysus trait too

Jock... The Jock trait instead of Athletic trait helps your sims make friends fast which keeping them athletic and fit. I love when its added with the Bro trait.
I have been experimenting with the traits I have and this is the combination that has helped me with Friend of The World Aspiration short of cheating the aspiration to accomplish it.

With these traits for my sims, I end up with at least a friend level starting out with their friendships as soon as they have introduced themselves. I don't have to waste time in learning traits thanks to the observant trait from the reward store know my sim will be instantly liked from a friendly introduction thanks to the incredibly friendly trait also in the rewards store. As long as it's not a rude or mean introduction you will be fine.
