To avoid alien abduction:

I'm finding that the satellite setting isn't really working for me. I make my sim set to block the abductions but something is happening, either while he is at work or another sim in the house is autonomously activating. Since you can only set it once ever 24hrs (a pain for the prevent abduction option.. aggressive aliens??) I have a schedule going for right after work (science career so about 7-8pm) ... but twice now I've had my sim go to the satellite only to find it greyed out with message that the satellite is currently "contacting aliens" ( NO NO NO!!) Also I'm not noticing some abductions, and my sims seem instantly pregnant within a day (if not hours) of having a alien baby. Tired of looking at fat pregnant male sims.. my science sim has literally had 4 alien babies and his brother just had one as well. Don't get me wrong, I love the aliens and the idea of abductions, but the ratio to abductions and impregnation is 100% right now.. it's just TOO much. It should be a bit more difficult to contact them and even harder to be implanted with an alien baby.
