Can you buy it using the cheat? Under what catagory is it found? I've spent a good amount of time trying to locate it in build mode.
Yes, you need to type this though in Build Mode : bb.showhiddenobjects (since the satellite dish is an invention), then you go under filter, clear all, and it should appear.
