Toddler Kicked out for Sleeping

I have never had a toddler kicked out for sleeping. Usually when I put a toddler to sleep on another lot in a toddler bed they are left alone. You can't give them the Always Welcome reward trait, so I am surprised that the game kicked the toddler out, even though his mother and sister are welcome.
