@sims2freak737 - Reading your responses to forum nonsense gives me hope for humanity. Thanks.
I don't think anyone could argue that the *stuff* in this *stuff pack* is reflective of the high quality we're accustomed to from our TS4 development team(s). From what I've seen on YouTube (I can't quite bring myself to buy this one for myself... like you, I've purchased just about every ounce of additional content for TS2 and beyond, so this hurts a little), the Create-a-Sim content is really pretty great. A wide variety, well-built items, lots of swatches, creative designs. But I think pretty much any builder is going to be disappointed in this one. Toddler Stuff is no doubt an effort to appease the family-play fanatics.
That's fine, I guess, but this pack makes me long for the TS3 store. I wish I could go in and buy certain things separately. Like... how is it that a pile of paper plates and solo cups looks better than the ball pit? I want those plates, darn it.
Those plates are pretty nice! Haha But even that begs the question for me, what did paper plates, a grill or a picnic table have to do with toddlers? This stuff pack could have brought back some awesome Sims 3 favorites like the baby/toddler indoor swing, changing table, baby monitors, the playpen, the walker toy that helped teach toddlers to walk, new stuffed animals, nursery items, etc. Instead it's all a bunch of outdoor play stuff.
One thing I wish the developers would take into consideration is the extremely likely Seasons Expansion. Those rugs are so massive they'll be sitting outside covered with snow! Haha
