toddlers and kids hair and eyes change colors at random in CAS

Has anayone had a bug where a toddler or kids eyes and hair will change colors at random in CAS? I find myself going through each outfit to correct the hair and eyes to the colors I want. This doesn't...

Yeah, one of my child Sims once had a different eyebrow colour for each outfit. :/
