They reused the bathtub animations for the Kiddie Pool in Seasons as well, it makes sense though, it's an animation consisting of the character playing in water, I would genuinly be surprised if they made an all new 'playing in water' animation just so it looks different in the ocean.
If they did, it would be instead of some other new animation. Reusing animations when they make sense means we get more really fresh animation. Packs would be a lot more empty if they had to make new animations for everything every time.
