I’m also having this issue, on PC. For me it was only one toddler so far, out of several I’ve had. That one toddler though... just would NOT eat. Holding the plate forever until I realized what was happening. I gave up feeding her and just used the fillmotive cheat. Also glad to see it’s a known bug. I’ll go add my me too.
