Toddlers don't seem to care it's Halloween/Xmas/Easter in MY game!

I don’t know, I think it’s fairly realistic the way toddlers are with regards to holidays.
My two year old niece doesn’t care for Halloween eating meals like celebration meals and last year at Christmas she opened her presents with the help of her sister but wasn’t that bothered. She’s two. She spent the day playing with an old doll and ignored most of her new presents. I think the amount of toddler enthusiasm for holidays is about accurate.
