Too many "fake" houses.

I do and I don’t. In some areas it is great filler like the right side neighborhood of New Crest, the street seems bustling and there is shopping. Willow Creek where the Bargain Bin house is it feels like a quaint little neighborhood. But then you have places like the Strangerville neighborhood located below the cliff area that seems sparse and not really lived in; or like you said the EL neighborhoods are really just kinda blah, but I don’t think it helps with the lack of vegetation in EL neighborhoods.
