dont get me wrong the fake houses in the background can be a nice thing in some cases, but with evergreen harbour it limits your ability to build interesting houses since your build will look odd if it doesn't match the neighbourhood. i feel like its a nice thing to do if its more in the 'background' rather than literally surrounding your lot
