Too Many Toddlers Scenario Starts Nov 3

I'm gonna skip this one. I've only had 1 toddler in my game in the past 2 years, and that was 1 too many. :# Anybody that can handle 1 or (horrors) more, have my admiration. Babies are horrible, too. I did try to raise it but - ugh - I gave up. The only thing I intend to do with a baby or toddler from now on is shove it in front of a cake as fast as I can. Oh, it doesn't have some valuable skills? Tough.

I don't understand the point of limited time scenarios. Will they come back around a few months later? I mean, I may become temporarily insane some day, and want to try it. B)
