Just avoid muscle building activities. Weightlifting is the most obvious one. Not sure about boxing and swimming. Jogging or running on the treadmill should be fine since they're pure cardio.
And like what Kathykins said, you can use cas.fulleditmode to instantly get rid of what they have now
