I love this! Makes me want to fire up the game just so I can go looking for criminals lol but thinking back none of my townies never look too bad and most of the time when they do I go into Household Management and give them makeovers.

Okay, maybe that walk-in closet might be a bit more useful than we thought...

lol they didn't. It's from modthesims. I downloaded it to put on sims who have abs of steel but my intentions didn't stop this free spirit and his abs of icecream.

@SweetTartTori I swear, I see a Sim like that in every playthrough of the Sims of I've seen and done. I spotted one of these clowns in Magnolia Promenade, one in TheSimSupply's LP, and another in a story by SimsVIP.
