Townies Hookups.....
Not sure how to title this but before when I played the Sims, the townies etc would be able to get married and have babies, etc. Now I don't really see that happening. Is there a mod for that? It happ...

Oh ok I didn’t know the mccc was that involved. But she does use that a lot. So I bet she has it set up somehow. She has the link for the one she uses. So I think I’ll download it. Cause it’s fun all the things that happen in her game. Makes it more realistic.

It will happen without any mods installed, based on how you answer their questions when sims you know call and ask you if they should hook up, expand their family, etc. That's party of the new "My neighborhood stories" feature (unless you have that turned off in your options), but it won't happen nearly with the frequency that MCCC does it. MCCC is also fully customizable, so you can adjust it to suit your preferences.
I think the only downside of MCCC is that it is so customizable it can be a bit overwhelming to wrap your head around all the options when you first start using it.
