Townies Hookups.....
Not sure how to title this but before when I played the Sims, the townies etc would be able to get married and have babies, etc. Now I don't really see that happening. Is there a mod for that? It happ...

@wylmite1986 I started using MCCC about a few weeks ago, and I strongly recommend giving it a try if you'd like your Townies to live more interesting lives. @Stormkeep is right; it takes time and effort to learn how to use MCCC well. My daughter and I have had some funny things happen in "throwaway" saves we've created while we try different things with MCCC.
We now have Townies marrying, having nooboos, and breaking up. And you can adjust the settings to create the amount of relationship drama you'd like to see.
At the same time, I've also used the Neighborhood Stories feature to add depth to the lives of Sims my main character has encountered in the game. He has encouraged couples to have babies and advised countless friends to hang out with other people, change careers, or do other "everyday" things.
