Traits Randomizer

This should have come in the BG. I'd also like the randomise option for both traits and aspirations when a sim ages up.

I spend a LOT of time in CAS. I love to create Sims the way some people love to build, and my maps are filled with households that I create. Sometimes I just want to make Sims on the fly and utilize the randomizers, but then I get to the traits and I have to minimize the game and go to the external site, or pull up a number randomizer.

My point is, it slows down the process and interrupts my gaming. My larger point is, there are already randomizers all over the place for physical appearance and name generating, but suddenly nothing for traits and aspirations for Sims and pets. Sometimes I'll spend a bunch of time creating a new Sim but I want their personality to be random. I just don't see why we don't have that, so I'm formally requesting it.

Yeah, this'd be cool. For now, I use one that I found on the web, but it'd be awesome to have one in game. It seems like a basic feature that'd be pretty easy to implement, I don't know why we don't have one yet.

YES! I'd love the surprise of seeing what combination of traits they get. Maybe, when they age up, it would come up with a randomized trait, but then you could change it if you want to.
And also, why can't children inherit traits from their parents? If one of the parents is a slob, why can't one of the children be? It's just genetics. And you would still have the option to change it if you want to.
I would also prefer if the sim has a bad childhood or toddler years, you should NOT be able to pick the traits, just like in the Sims 3. I want more consequences and spontaneity in my game.

As primarily a Legacy player, in which you're supposed to do random traits, I'd love a "random" button. It would save having to alt-tab out to Pinstar and Mystic's site or Hilleeil's spreadsheet.
