Triplets

I've never actually had triplets. But I have had three babies born on the same day, just hours apart. It happened in my Pinstar Legacy Challenge game. My Gen. 2 heir got abducted one evening when he'd been out late and was on his own lot when the light caught him. LOL He did not return preggars. However, his heir was due to be married and on the actual wedding day — we're talking the yard was all set, the cake placed, the wedding party in their tuxes and finery, when Gen. 3 walks around the corner of the house investigating a strange light … His bride got preggars on their wedding night and shortly thereafter I discovered he was sporting a bit of a gut, too She gave birth to twin daughters, and he an alien son, of lavender coloring. So, in a way it was like having triplets and that's what they told their family and friends. LOL I certainly have NOT had the twin count you've achieved

As to increasing the likelihood, I have no idea. But, if you're not opposed to using mods, MCCC can be employed to guarantee triplets and you can set their gender, too

I've never had triplets either, I think there's a 1% chance of having them. In terms of increasing the likelihood, I would imagine anything that increases fertility. So giving the parents the fertile reward trait, giving the house the 'on the ley line' lot trait, giving fertile massages with spa day, using the fertile herbal remedy with outdoor retreat.

I’ve had 3 sets in my neighborhood so far...And I’ve been playing the same save pretty much since the game came out. 1 set happened much earlier, then the other two happened in back to back houses. (In all fairness, those two houses each have 1/2 a set of twins as parents, whose parents were both twins themselves. So maybe that had something to do with it.)

I've played the game since 2015, and am yet to have a set of triplets.

I have triplets TONNES. But that's because I influence that, lol, though one time when I was praying for one, single baby and I didn't do any of my fertility boosting techniques, guess what? Boom! Triplets!

Anyway, if you want triplets, this is what I do:

1) buy the fertile reward trait with your sims satisfaction points, I think I do it for both parents or maybe you can't do that in sims 4, don't remember
2) if you have outdoor retreat, make the elixir of fertility, again, don't know if both sims participating in the creation of your triplets can use it but you can try and see, fyi it requires your sim to have certain ingredients and the herbalism skill
3) if you have spa day, get the fertility massage
4) put the "on ley line" lot trait in your lot, I *think* the woohoo has to happen on that lot in order for it to influence the number of babies as opposed to giving birth on that lot, but I'm not sure, but I'd make your sims try for baby on an on ley line lot just in case
5) don't get a doctor sim to perform the "determine gender" or number of babies or whatever the interaction is because that makes it set the amount of babies to a set thing which may not be triplets, maybe it doesn't, but when I did this, despite doing loads of fertility tricks, I got like one baby
6) don't take the pregnancy test!! instead, have your sims try for baby and try for baby again and again until your sim gets the pregnancy notification because maybe it's just in my head but in my experience anyway, I've got more babies when doing tonnes of try for baby in a row then when I don't... Might be important to note though if you do this it might queue up another pregnancy after your sims pregnancy has finished because of all the try for babies they did (I've had this happen before to my sims)

I just had triplets for the first time yesterday. All girls. I think I have only had twins a couple times before. It was pretty cool...but now I have four toddlers (they have an older brother) :s :s :s

Haven’t had triplets yet, only twin alien babies! :s :s aliens abducted my male sim and impregnated him and then later on abducted his son and impregnated him too! Now I’m scared his son is going to be abducted and impregnated, not exactly something I want passing down my generations.
