Trouble with dj booths?

Yeah it seems like a bug. Some of them are working on community lots and some are not. Once I cheated that sim up that seemed to work for her, but for another sim I had to kick her up to level 4 to get it to function. I think I'm going to try to replace all the dj booths on lots I'm having trouble with see if that makes a difference.
