TS4 News: Teens can mess around, Adults woohoo!

I think we're supposed to leave it up to our imagination what mess around means. It could be anything. Since teens will say we just messed around, I assume it's not all the way. But who knows. Teens always lie. Lol. ;)

I think it's more like Woohoo because teens can still make out when they're sitting on the couch or on the bed but when you tell them to 'mess around' they go to a bed. That or its as someone else mentioned, second or third base.
