Turn Off Emily
Howdy y'all. I think having Emily is cool for new simmers. But for us old hats she's a tad bit annoying. Is there a way to turn her off?

Like Nessie, her prototype, she appears so seldom there is no need to fuss. Besides, one need to follow a specified procedure to have even a chance of having a sighting.
I think @Oldeseadogge refers to the sea monster of Windenburg, not the new tutorial sim. What was my first thought, too. I wondered why anybody would be annoyed by the sea serpent :D
You are correct. That is the only Emily I know of in the game. The problem one must have arrived via an update I do not have, nor intend to get.
