Turning off Seasons decorations on random lots?

Is there a way to stop the game from generating random decorations (like banners and lights) on community lots or unplayed household lots? I got seasons a few months ago and have noticed that around the holidays in my games, there's decorations just spawning for these lots, which I often don't appreciate. Thanks for any advice!

    I hear you....I'm not a fan either

    Irritating, I know - but I usually just go into the lot, get the attic deco crate thingy and put them away

    Maybe changing the season to summer would do it automatically....not sure?

    Yes there is. You have to edit each holiday and select the option for no decorations.

    @musteni Ah, that makes sense! An easy fix, though a bit tedious to go through and edit, but I think I'll do that! Thank you!

    I can't help but laugh at Love Day in Forgotten Hollow and seeing pink banners around all of the houses.

    @logion Thanks! That’s useful too, since sometimes it would be nice to pick my own decorations for lote instead of just having them all together gone

    Zero has a mod to remove them here https://www.patreon.com/posts/season-remove-on-41605163 I haven't tried it though. I don't know why but every time the XML injector requirement is mentioned I get put off using the mod.
