Tweak for stuttering
Hello, I just thought I'd share a little something I've discovered in regards to stuttering and simquality. I suspected it had to do with having to load LODS and texturesizes on the fly all the time...

I did all this on the ultra preset with uncompressed sim textures, which always did give me so much stuttering as I scrolled around the neighbourhoods.
After you have done this I forgot to add that you have to tick that little box under properties of that file called "read only" I believe it's called in English.
Now my game works even better than on the low preset so they clearly have messed something up with their LOD system as it actually decrease performance instead lol. Now the game actually uses my computers potential for once.
I hope this works for you too because then maybe they can rework the ultra preset and LOD system for those of us who have the pc for it.
