Tweak for stuttering
Hello, I just thought I'd share a little something I've discovered in regards to stuttering and simquality. I suspected it had to do with having to load LODS and texturesizes on the fly all the time...

I have a friend who says she didn't see any stuttering or fps lag in her game until I told her to turn on FPS On in the cheatbox and she says that it is about 20-40fps, which is not smooth at all.

Nope, it did not. I was testing it out on Brindleton Bay, by the way.
I think maybe I didn't do it right. XD I just realized there's like a "low", "medium" and "high" portion in the file. LOL. I must have edited low portions instead of the high ones. LOL. Silly me.

I'm not the best at giving instructions either so no worries lol, I set my settings in-game to ultra everything and then I edited those files that match what I had my settings set to. So I removed the low detail lods and that should clear up all the stuttering. There is still gonna be some fps drops as usual but the awful stuttering is gonna be gone, I promise.
Edit: This has cured stuttering For myself and a couple of friends and my sister so I think it will cure yours too. I could even go beyond max settings and still no stutter. I increased the shadow resolution further by changing it to 4k so no jaggy shadows either =D
