Tweak for stuttering
Hello, I just thought I'd share a little something I've discovered in regards to stuttering and simquality. I suspected it had to do with having to load LODS and texturesizes on the fly all the time...

does this hinder the looks of the game negatively?
God no, it is even beyond ultra and removes all the low lod levels so it prevents pop ins too. This has removed all my stutter on a 980ti.
