Yeah, has anyone tried the Street Gallery lately? I haven't tried it since it was still broken a couple patches ago. I'm not in game atm. I know it hasn't said it was fixed in the Notes, but things get fixed all the time, and aren't in there.
For the 411, the Street Gallery is available if you have City Living. It can be found in the Activities and Skills section. Make sure you do all the steps, filling the inventory, choosing what markup (you can have all the way to 300% or some rather cheaty markup, haha), then choose Stock Wall, then Tend, then Start Sale, lotta steps. This is all if it's working, haha.
