Two Words: False Advertising

Yeah it's a little misleading, why didn't they use actual gameplay footage of what new players would actually be seeing in their game. The lighting and rendering of them makes the game look way better than it actually looks in person. Plus the one makes it appear like you can have an underwater house, which is not true.

They should have said, "For Promotional Information Only, Live Play May Look Different On Your System"
