Unable to complete the Aspirations "Master Mixologist" if player chooses The Master Chef branch

Sims cannot change the branch, so after chosen The Master Chef branch in its career, this sims can never complete the goal "Join the Mixology Branch of the Culinary Career" in the "Master Mixologist" ...

Once you choose a career path you cannot go back and choose another path for that same career, its a known issue but whats not clear is if this was intentional or bug, so we don't know if its going to be fixed or not
