Unable to complete the Aspirations "Master Mixologist" if player chooses The Master Chef branch

Sims cannot change the branch, so after chosen The Master Chef branch in its career, this sims can never complete the goal "Join the Mixology Branch of the Culinary Career" in the "Master Mixologist" ...

I thought there was an achievement for completing everything with one sim?? I only looked once though, because I'm not too interested in the achievements.
