The furniture can be playable under water. Only the Kitchen appliances, BBQ & Electronics have to be on land.
Does this require mods or CC? If I had the game on the computer, I would absolutely give it a try, but I play on the console. So, if it's a mod or CC, I don't think I'll be able to use it.
Regardless, it might be cool to share for those who are able to use mods or CC.
