Unfulfilled dreams or wishes
My sim husband is very angry all the time unless I will fulfill his wish to listen to POP music. It's not a big deal but hilarious. Do your sims have any interesting dreams?

They (Sims) certainly do seem to get worked up about the most trivial things. You're quite right, it is kinda funny.
When ordering plants if you hover over them while ordering it tells you when those plants are in season. You can have plants to plant in Winter and all year around.
