University Household question

Hi, I currently have two sims enrolled at Britchester. They've lived in the same dorm (Wyvern) and have completed three terms with no issue. Normally at the conclusion of each term it has their enrollment options/housing selections happen immediately after the other. However, on the conclusion of their third term I wanted to change their housing to Darkwing. Enrollment popped up for one sim, I chose everything with no problem. But it didn't come up for the second sim. I had to click on her work icon to have her enroll. I did that and everything seemed to be fine; it had the Packing Up activity come up. When that ended it then wanted me to split up the households, even though they were going to the same location and the options to transfer sims between households were greyed out. I did so as I had no other option. Now it had them as two separate households and even though I had selected the same house for each/paid for the term it had only one sim living there and the other not enrolled at all. Enrolled her again/paid again/selected same house. Her home is now listed as the correct house, but the households are still somehow separate and when I direct her to Go Home she goes to her old location. I tried using manage worlds to move her in but it says that can only be done through enrollment. I ended up quitting without saving. Does anyone know if there is a way to move them together or are they just stuck living in the same housing while at University?
