This animation does already exist in-game. In San Myshuno, I sometimes see townies sprinting past real quick. No idea why they do, but they do. They aren't jogging or anything, just running past real quick in their everyday clothes. I think it might have to do with CL just like those townies who run by in a panic in nothing but a robe.
