I think the aspirations themselves are mostly fine. The problem is that there isn't anything useful to be done with the satisfaction points apart from glorified cheating. I also think they're poorly balanced in that some of the easier ones give extremely powerful reward traits, and some of the harder ones provide a very insignificant reward.
