I have a weird thing when sims upgrade stuff. Wanted to see if anyone else has this, before heading to AHQ with it. I searched there, but nothing meaningful came up. I honestly don't know WHAT to sear...

I've never seen this either and I did a lot of upgrading recently.
Upgrading as far as I know isn't an autonomous action without mods. I think MC has an option to make some things like this and cleaning set to autonomous, but the user has to set that, because it's disabled by default.
