You ever wonder there are just some lot traits that practically serve no real purpose, or that they have loose definitions that are not exactly what you intended them to be? I know a good example of this is the Teen Neighborhood lot trait which I find to be practically useless in most every aspect of its use. All it really does is spawn Teens to walk-by, I don't think they've ever really visited community lots with that trait, just walk-by. Who else thinks that there are some useless lot traits?

I find historical lot traits pretty useless. If they have any purpose, I haven't noticed.

I used to like Convivial (if I remembered the name correctly) but I found the constant change between Confident and whatever other emotion annoying. Especially when I had the emotion jingle on.

It adds a plaque to apartments that have it, and if you have a Sim view it they will get a nice Inspired buff from it. Apart from that that's it.

I read somewhere on this site that you have to wait anywhere from 1-3 days for a ghost to appear. I waited and one finally did show up. I was disappointed, however. I had very much hoped the ghost would be more like the ones in Sims2, that would actually haunt the place and scare my Sims. Nope, the teen fell in love with her, instead. :( Unbelievable. Yep - it definitely works well on my lots in game. I wish the Sims - especially visitors to the home were fearful of the ghost though. I wish we could set the trait for numbers of ghosts - sort of make a creepy haunted house and make the ghost scarier. Like this trait a lot for Vampire lots.

I run a really high end desk top - 8 cores, 16 gigs of ram, etc - so maybe that why the trait works well for me. So it may be why the trait works well for some players and not others.

They just get tense in my game, just like with regular ghosts. I really don't understand why sims don't have a fear emotion. Even Inside Out had him!
