Useless patch

Most of these bugs I haven't seen in my game. No issues with the doctor career and I have never had trouble adopting a pet by phone or adopting a stray. Haven't sold items at the table at the flea market so I don't know about that but I have sold paintings there and no trouble with that. What I see that bugs me is the names. I get so many sims with the same last name but no relation to one another and most of the names I can't pronounce. Yes I get diversity and there should be some but too many same last names. I do change them in cas at times. So yeah there are things they can improve on in patches. Also I would love to see a option to change sims name after they wed. I mean I go into cas but they could add an option for that. Also I think they tried fixing it before but it is still a problem in my game. My sim gets stuck at a club or somewhere all night because a vampire is breaking in. So I really hope they work on these things and all the bugs that was listed above.
