Vacationing In Any World - Help Me Understand

I'm thinking a rental in Oasis Springs for the Windenburg residents who want to get away from all the snow for a few days. :) I'm already converting the Fountainbleu Penthouse lot into a potential rental, as well as The Old Salt House (used to have it as a bowling alley/lounge). I evicted Catarina Lynx and her cats to Not In World population so I could have her house as a vacation destination in Brindleton Bay. And in Sulani I've got the Admiral's Wreckage as a sort of "eco-retreat" for families who don't mind roughing it for a bit, and I'm deciding which of the smaller houses is going to be a honeymoon getaway; I'm also thinking of placing one of the Beach Wedding venues from the Destination Wedding Spark'd challenge there.
