Thanks all for the great ideas! I especially like the idea of completing the Strangerville mystery, I've never done it yet. I'm not a big sci-fi person so that has never once interested me and I have only briefly been in that world without a sim, just to check it out when I got the pack, but never lived there, never wanted anything intrusive to happen in my game, but maybe as a vacation adventure it would be okay.
Although the lighthouse would be absolutely ideal for an author to have quiet time to focus, I don't see myself "vacationing" there, I would just live there if I had an author.
I think for me, just Sulani and possibly Strangerville will have rental lots.
Now if we ever got a world with a casino, I could see me wanting to have a rental lot there (which I would pretend was a hotel), but for the rest, probably not.
I too have an "activity" world with all community lot types on it and no residential lots, just so it's easier for me to remember where I want to go.
I don't ever see myself renting a lot in San Myshuno just to go to the festival either.
But, I did love to read about your imaginative ways you'd vacation in other worlds.
