Vampire Tome Issue
Hello,
My Sim has level 13 Vampire Lore skill and when she reads the Ultimate Vampire Compendium, there is no skill bar above her head. I tried to read the third volume of the vampire tomes thinking that was the problem but get the message that she's learned everything from volume three. I tried exiting/restarting the game twice, taking out MC Command Center thinking that might be causing it and the issue persists. It started before the patch. Did the patch break my game completely or is the no gaining skill a bug? It happened with another Sim in a different household too.
