Vampires + Vlad
If I delete Vlad does the game generate a new vampire? He is the only original left and I know there are new NPC Vampires in my town but would the game create a new Master Vampire?

It's odd that they chose to create such a trait to begin with I wonder why the decided to have an immortal celebrity in the first place?
I haven't deleted Vlad yet. Which is good I definitely have other generated vampires but he is still around. He has randomly joined 3 clubs though so that's kind of odd lol
