Vampires or Casters?

Personally I've tried both but if I could only afford Vampires or Magic I'd buy magic as I've always enjoyed wizardry to vampires. Also as someone whose tried and own both I feel there is more to do as Casters then Vampires.

P.S. "Vampires always vin". Is this to be spoken out loud in a classic Vampire accent? Like, "Vampires vill alvays vin!" Like the way they speak in 'What We Do In The Shadows'?

Oooooh... so tough. >.< I couldn't imagine my sims game without vampires, but casters are my preference. I adore both. Casters appear to be more supported than vampires, when it comes to actual game play, too, but that's also the nature of the life state. For me, vampirism seems more about the consumption of life energies and casters more about the manipulation of life energies... though you could argue that both consume and manipulate.

I think I will play casters more, but vampires and aliens that look like elves will always be close on my caster's coattails. At the end of the day, go occult or go home. ;) LOL

I do have the vamp pack. I has all the packs! I just will appreciate anything to do with casters more because it's what I want to play out on my sim. I did enjoy staking those undead folks though when I had the mod to do it (no offense ya'll...).

Years I've waited, and then I had to - no offence - see those vampires come first, which I've played - mostly because they were the closest thing we had to magic lol. But now that the witches / casters / whatever are finally back, there can be no better one :love:

@Ceres_Meiriona agree with you btw, about the taking / manipulating energy. I look at it quite similarly.

I'm a sucker for vampires. I love them in every way possible. They both have good game play but I have to choose vampires because I love them more. They are just so dark and gothic.
