This problem isn't just vampires though, it's all sims. They all have no consequences and vampires are just a by-product of that. Take any 2 sims, regardless of occult status and make them enemies and they will chat like old buddies in no time. It's unfortunate. In another post you mentioned that the vampire spent the evening on your sim's computer, again, that's a core game problem. Pretty much all sims do that when invited into a house with a computer. If you want sims to actually socialize you need to lock up the electronics. Books even. Sims will do (and even vampires) almost anything else other than socialize. I've even thrown some sims on empty lots and even then they stand around and just play on their phones more than interact with each other. It's really sad, but unfortunately it's not just or limited to vampires. :/
