Vault owner died - how to access his values?

Thanks @Chazzzy sounds like you have broken into a few vaults already ;) I'll just cheat the handiness skill if needed. Hoping there won't be too much fuzz but this vault is located in a locked off basement on a community lot, so the chances of getting caught should be quite minimal, I think.

I've starting to ponder that this heir might not get t know about the values quite yet, maybe someone else should break in instead... hm... need more thinking.
